Not only extremely friendly and personable... but definitely went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of before leaving. He towed and dropped me off at Costco, to have my tire repaired/replaced... helped me secure a parking spot (nor easy on a Saturday morning and took roughly 20+ minutes), waited until I could check in, and helped the other driver that gave me his parking spot by filling his tires with nitrogen (since the spots at the Costco air were all taken). I don't post often, unless a super negative experience... but Mike was so great I had to give him that recognition! Totally turned around what I thought would be a horrible weekend. So thank you!"
