  • We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Operator to join our team. The Tow Operator will be responsible for providing prompt and professional towing and roadside assistance services to our customers. Key duties include safely towing vehicles to designated locations, performing minor roadside repairs, assisting with vehicle lockouts, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to customer service and safety. A valid driver’s license and prior experience in towing or a related field are preferred.

  • We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our towing services, ensuring prompt and effective responses to service requests. Key duties include managing incoming calls, dispatching tow trucks to various locations, tracking vehicle status, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and reliability. Prior experience in dispatch or a similar role is preferred.
